What is tashkeel tech?
tashkeel tech is the cybersecurity brand of System Formation Co. Ltd, a Saudi company. It is a Master Security Service Provider: it supplies the licences, certified analysts and platforms that managed security providers run on, delivered under the provider's own brand. It also runs managed security and compliance directly for organisations.
What does a Master Security Service Provider do?
It carries the fixed costs of a security practice once and shares them across partners. tashkeel tech aggregates licences, people and platforms, so each provider pays only for the capacity it actually uses. The provider keeps the client relationship and the brand, and tashkeel tech runs the operations behind it.
Who are your services for?
Managed security service providers that want to scale delivery without adding fixed cost ahead of their contracts, system integrators adding security services without building a SOC first, cybersecurity consultancies that need delivery capacity for engagements they have already won, and organisations that want managed security and compliance for their own environment.
How much can a service provider save?
Up to 60% of operating cost. The saving comes from four fixed costs that stop being carried alone: pooled licensing, shared talent, no hiring overhead and ready platforms. Savings vary by scope, volumes and current setup, and we model your numbers during the assessment.
Is the service delivered under my brand?
Yes. Reports, portals and client communications carry your brand, not ours. You own the client, the contract and the brand, and you stay the single point of contact for your client. We do not compete with the partners we carry.
Which services do you offer?
For service providers: licensing as a service, security talent on demand, a white-label SOC, shared platforms and tooling, surge and overflow capacity, and compliance delivery kits. For organisations: managed security services, regulatory compliance, assessments and testing, and a virtual CISO.
Do you provide 24/7 monitoring?
Yes. The white-label SOC provides monitoring, detection and response around the clock under your brand, with alerts triaged, escalated and closed against the SLA you have promised your client. Organisations can take a 24/7 security operations centre directly as a managed service.
Which regulatory frameworks do you work to?
The National Cybersecurity Authority controls (ECC-2:2024, CCC-2:2024, DCC-1:2022, CSCC-1:2019 and OTCC-1:2022), the Saudi Central Bank Cyber Security and Business Continuity frameworks, the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, and the CST CCRF and CRF (RT08), plus ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS and NIST CSF. tashkeel tech is not a regulator, and is not certified, accredited or endorsed by any of these authorities.
Where is delivery based, and in which languages?
Operations are Saudi-based and delivered from inside the Kingdom, in Arabic and English. Compliance evidence and policy templates are available in both languages.
How is partner and client data protected?
Data handling is aligned to the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the NCA Data Cybersecurity Controls. Partner and client information is segregated and stays that way.
How does onboarding work?
In five stages. Discovery: we review your current stack, contracts and team. Model: we design the shared-capacity mix and show the cost difference in numbers. Onboard: licences, tenants, playbooks and people go live under your brand. Operate: we run operations under SLA. Optimise: quarterly reviews right-size capacity and cost. You can stop after the second stage if the numbers do not work.
